Terms and Conditions

ORDERS

Usually orders will ship within one week, if you pay by credit card. If you prefer to pay by personal check, we will send your order as soon as your check has cleared. If for any reason your order will take longer we will contact you and make sure that works with your deadline.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All orders ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail (2-3 days usually) unless you request rush service. Our standard shipping and handling fee is $8.

RETURNS

Jewelry that has not been worn may be returned within 21 days for merchandise credit only. Please call or email to confirm availability of the item you would like in exchange and make sure you insure your return package.

SALES TAX

5% sales tax must be added to orders sent to Virginia residents.

GIFT BOX OR BAG

Included in your purchase will be your choice of a white pillow box or a white gift bag with a gift card at no extra charge. Please specify your choice of box or bag and any gift message in the Comments section on the order page.

LOCAL CUSTOMERS

Of course anyone who is local can come pick up purchases anytime. You may still come by my house, and pay with cash, check or charge purchases on my home terminal. You may also make use of the online purchasing method. 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Please contact me if you have a need for a special necklace to match a certain outfit.

I enjoy working with brides to create a special necklace for her or her bridesmaids.
